What sets Swells apart is its tactile interface. Eight dedicated faders provide immediate control over essential parameters like Size, Decay, Pre-Delay, and Damping. The module includes a Freeze button for infinite drones, a Reverse mode with sync options, and a Burst function for sudden surges of noise or feedback. The namesake of the module is the Swell Generator, a built-in multi-mode envelope follower. It can track the input, output, or an external sidechain to create “ducking” effects or auto-modulate any of the fader parameters via internal normalization.
